BIOGRAPHY

    Arden M. Dean

Arden Dean has said that her goal for the Power to Produce Framework is to spark a rebirth of imagination in individuals, corporations, governments and countries. Dean's entrepreneurial background, combined with her life experiences, has given her the unique perspective and knowledge necessary to be an agent for mighty change.

Her background includes building three-million dollar companies from the ground up. Two of these companies-Programmer’s Exchange, Inc. and
National Systems Group, Inc. - won major service agreements with Fortune 500 companies. General Cybernetics, Inc. went on to win million dollar over-the-counter stock trades on both the Vancouver and the London Stock Exchange. National Systems Group won the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce “Top Growth” Award when their gross revenue skyrocketed  from $58,000 in the first year to $885,000 in the second.

Dean knows first hand that failure can often, be the impetus for growth, both in our individual lives and our business undertakings. She has experienced the sadness and frustration that comes from being laid off from a job, locked out of a company through a minority shareholder takeover, a marriage that ended under the most tragic of circumstances, and stuggling with poverty and living by the grace of God. Many times she has resorted to her own strength and ingenuity to overcome adversity and live with the cards that life has dealt.

Dean is the mother of two grown sons and three granddaughters, a former member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and she has travelled extensively. She served as the VP of Development for the Bellevue Philharmonic Orchestra, and as a music teacher at Brigham Young University. Currently, she serves as the President of the O Jerusalem Foundation. Her education includes a Bachleor of Music degree in Pedagogy and a year as an MBA Candidate at BYU.

Arden has performed before audiences of up to 11,000 people and is able to download her passion and commitment to a wide audience. Her enthusiasm is contagious. Her dedication to her cause and her strategic insights are welcomed by business executives, connunity leaders, and savvy technologists.

Dean's motto is, "Each day is a feast of fine proportions." She has flown both the Boeing 767 and the Evans & Sutherland EP-1000CT flight simulators, thus getting closer to her dream of going into space someday. She is also a certified scuba diver and knows how to breath underwater!

Quotes from Power Surge

“Visionaries cannot see in the dark but they are

more willing to venture into the dark rooms of discovery and

then stumble around until they find the light.”

“Innovation resides in the infinite space between my grasp of

what is and my reach for what can only be imagined.”

“No matter what formulas for innovation the CEO chooses,

the first multiplier is belief in the unknown and the

last multiplier is trust in the unknown.”

"Mighty change requires extraordinary freedom to move

beyond what is known and accepted to that

which is unknown and undiscovered."

"Because entrepreneurial innovation requires more freedom,

holding the sensibilities of others in the safety of your hand is

an economic necessity not an option,"
